I understand why some people may not like rock or metal, but what complete bullshit is this?:

This logic is more full of phail than Jack Thompson-logic...

First, "It's too loud"?
Classic rock (and still a lot of rock after that) was piano-centric. How the hell do you get loud with that?

Second, "It's Satanic"?
While some hard rock/heavy metal bands may seem to incorporate Satanic messages into their songs, that's a small minority.
They obviously haven't heard of Christian rock... and correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't "Enter Sandman" include some sort of prayer in the middle?

That's as much as I bothered listening to. Apparently the rest deals with many virtues of rap. :facepalm: Hypocritical much?

WOW!! These kids are really well informed. They certainly taught me a LOT. I'm going to go delete all of the rock/metal music i once thought was good and replace it with the super amazing "underground" rap that they so recommend!

I love how this guy says that he gets offended when people stereotype rap and its fans, yet he contradicts himself by stereotyping rock and its fans. The little dumbshit needs to keep his mouth shut.

Agreed. He has a horrible case and didn't offer any real arguement. Real Metal is not "WORSHIP THE DEVIL!!!"...geez kid get your stuff straight. Go back to listening the Jonas Brothers or whatever kids your age do.

Kids today...their parents didn't hit them enough growing up...who said kids could form their own opinions?

Hmm...Two kids, probably age 13, trying to compare rock to rap, which does not work at all.

Rock= Music
Rap NOT = Music

That's basically the only reason you need.

And apparently I'm going against my own religion by listening to this "Satanic Rock Music".

Children. No one teaches them how to make an actual debate that doesn't have the words "like" or "uhm".
